Use of Thuraya/Irridium Satellite phones is banned in India. Unauthorised use of such phones will lead of confiscation of the same and will attract prosecution as per relevant laws governing use of satellite phones in India. Visitors are advised not to carry/use satellite phones during their visit to India.
Ấn Độ cấm sử dụng điện thoại vệ tinh Thuraya/Irridium. Người sử dụng trái phép loại điện thoại này sẽ bị tịch thu điện thoại và khởi tố theo luật pháp liên quan đến việc sử dụng điện thoại vệ tinh tại Ấn Độ. Vì vậy, du khách khi đến thăm Ấn Độ không nên mang theo hay sử dụng điện thoại vệ tinh.

The Embassy of India, Hanoi attests documents issued by Indian authorities provided they have been attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of India. (For requirement from MEA please contact us cons@mea.gov.incons2@mea.gov.in).
 
For educational certificates, MEA requires the certificates to be first attested by Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD).
In respect of documents originating from Hanoi, the Embassy of India, Hanoi requires them to be first attested by Consular Department Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Vietnam before they can be attested by the Embassy.
 
Important Notice for Yoga Professionals: 

Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has launched a Scheme for voluntary certification of Yoga professionals for which the responsibility of implementation is with the Quality Council of India (QCI).  Details of schemes are available on the website: http://yogacertification.qci.org.in

Yoga professionals seeking consular services such as attestation of qualification/experience certificates, for issuance of work permits, are advised to first obtain necessary certification of QCI to enable the Embassy to render the required services.
